Pricing FAQ

What does the Free tier include?
The Free tier lets you submit up to 5 daily logs per month and draft unlimited RFIs at no charge, with no credit card required. You get a real PDF log report and email delivery. If it saves you time, upgrade when you're ready.
Why $49/mo when Procore is $10K+/yr?
Procore charges enterprise ACV pricing for portfolio financial controls, formal compliance workflows, and large-CSM implementations. SiteBridge is the AI operating layer that handles field-to-office automation — drafting logs, parsing RFIs, reading contracts — without enterprise procurement overhead. You pay for the AI workflows, not a financial database.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again. The Pro plan has zero lock-in by design.
What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
Pro is self-serve at $49/mo for unlimited SMB usage across all 10 AI workflows. Enterprise Pilot is $1K–$5K/mo per project for solar EPC, utility, and data center teams that need project-isolated AI context, Procore sync (roadmap), priority support, and dedicated onboarding for specialized workflows.
Does annual billing save money?
Switching to annual saves you two months — you pay $470/yr for what would be $588 monthly. The checkout link is the same Stripe endpoint today; annual billing is presentation only on this page until we publish a separate annual SKU. Cancel anytime and we prorate the unused months.
Do I have to talk to sales for Pro?
No. Pro $49/mo is fully self-serve — sign up, pay, and start submitting logs within 60 seconds. No sales call, no onboarding, no procurement cycle. Enterprise customers get a sales conversation because tier pricing depends on project scope and integrations.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Logs and parsed outputs are scoped strictly per account. On the Enterprise Pilot, each project gets its own isolated AI context — no cross-project data leakage. We use the Polsia-managed PostgreSQL store and TLS for transit; nothing leaves the SiteBridge namespace except the data you explicitly export.
